A tad bit pricey but solid food. They can accommodate most dietary needs which is why they received a four stars. They really should get 3 1/2 but Google doesn't allow that capability. They don't offer gluten free when though they said they do. That's dangerous for some. Hence a minus for the star.

Amazing curry ramen and mayo ramen with garlic and black-pepper was up to the mark.

Been going here for years, even if it's a ~30min drive out for me! I've always ordered the Kim Chee Ramen - the noodle texture is great and my favorite thing is the broth. I don't love the pork texture in the soup because it's a bit chewy. I also wish that there was more meat in the ramen!The prices are affordable and service is friendly.Overall, no matter who I've gone with, everyone enjoys the dish they order!Rec: they have a fried chicken-like appetizer and I always see big groups ordering it!

Best ramen spot in NJ! Always consistent, bursting with flavor, and lots of options including a low sodium variety.Try the Akumra Modern Ramen if you enjoy a little spice in your ramen. Service is top notch, it can get a little packed on the weekends.

Love this location as well as East Brunswick location! Very clean place, very polite staff! Food is amazing! This is seafood ramen! I recommend this place to anyone who is hungry and wants delicious, filling, authentic ramen! The menu is big and offers mire than ramen! Thank you Rai Rai! Been my place to go the past few months!

I visit this spot a lot since I work in the area. I got to say the service is always good and they keep the place well organized regularly. Rates are fair and they serve big portions.

The foods was good, ramen pork soup & chicken udon. while we ate it came a very bad smell of fish. Must be trying to reheat or worse. The good thing was that I wasn't eating fish. Their kitchen doesn't have a door or much separation from the dining room and the fan probably didn't work.

Though it is small on the outside, this is one of the best ramen places I've been too and definitely the best in the area. Food is good quality and authentic. The area has a modern setting inside, with a good ambience.

Fast service. Very clean restaurant. Legit ramen. Drove 45 minutes to get here and I regret nothing.. literally just cleared my congestion with that soup. Come and try it for yourself, it'll be the best ramen you have had or at the very least one of the best!

We found another restaurant that deserve a good rating. The place is small and surprisingly packed on Sunday. The wait time was about 20 mins. The food is quite tasty. The only downside is the addition of bamboo shoots. I would recommend skipping it. The soup base is quite heavy and fatty.

Fantastic since before they reopened, and has only gotten better. Before they had a fire it was a good hole-in-the-wall type place that had great food. After they reopened though, the decor is pretty top notch as well (and the food quality has stayed great)! Have brought friends here and they've gotten hooked as well.

This is absolutely one of the best restaurants in the region. Every time I go there I am remarkably glad. They manage their high standard service and the topmost level of food they serve. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.

My only complaint is that the chopsticks were oily. This sounds pretty bad but the ramen is great, and I haven't gotten food poisoning. I got the house ramen; it comes with a single fried oyster, it had a lot of breading and wasn't very good.

The food was good and I would give it more than 2 stars but the waitress watched the amount of tip each of us put in the plastic "tip container" and told each of us if our tip was acceptable or not. She told one person in our party that she must leave a 12% tip. Each person left the tip amount they felt the food and service deserved. I plan on speaking to the owner to see if he allows his wait staff to force customers to leave a certain tip amount. I did really like the food, but based on this I probably won't go back any more. Wonder if the owner knows what his staff is doing in his absence.

The menu and service were beyond my expectations. I truly liked the environment of this restaurant. Superb spot to take the family out for dinner.

This is one of those gems that I can honestly say has never disappointed. Spicy seafood ramen is my personal fave but everything I’ve ever had here I would gladly order again! Love this place!

Ive always loved going here with my family. Their food is good but I had to give 2 stars due to the fact that they charged me for gratuity when I ordered takeout. During this pandemic, I have never experienced this in all the restaurants ive ever ordered takeout. I understand times are tough but this is like a scam. 90$ for a family of 5 and then a surprise charge for gratuity even though we didnt dine in? My family and I are long time customers but times change. Go somewhere else where you know how much you are paying

They charge very exorbitantly even during the Pandemic. An automatically added gratuity charge for a take out and the prices are too high. I have been a long time loyal customer but not anymore. Their food taste is only good not the best and does not justify the price.

I absolutely love this place! Went there last night with my sister and loved it. It’s a small place and the food was delicious but most of all their customer service is superb. The staff is supremely friendly and accommodating. I loved the vibe of this place.

Where do I start. This right here is a legitimate Ramen shop. I felt like I was in Japan for the moment. It was such a comforting meal. You can tell the chefs put their all into every order. I ordered the Shabushabu Ramen (below), a Pork Bun, and a Mango Bubble Tea. I was in heaven. Please for the love of god, drop your instant Ramen and take the trip. You won't be sorry, I promise.

Love this place! Unassuming restaurant with great service and very succulent food. The chicken appetizer and others are so well-made I could just eat the appetizers.. the noodles are the best! Try it and you'll keep coming back again and again and again.

My wife and I stopped in after getting a hearty recommendation from a friend. It was busy but we got a seat quickly and had a great meal. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere and I especially enjoyed the combo type meal I ordered. We'll definitely be returning and I'm looking forward to it already. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

The food here was great and the staff was friendly. This is a quaint little place tucked in one of the quiet shopping plaza in North Brunswick. We have passed this place numerous times and have thought that this would be just another restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised one day when we searched for restaurant nearby and up came Rai Rai Ramen with about a thousand reviews, and almost all of it good. So we had to try it, and we were not dissapointed. As with lost Ramen restaurants, it is a bit pricey, but the portion sizes are really generous, probably good for two. The food is really good, we tried the sea food Ramen and the spicy curry Ramen. Both were great. We could not finish the whole portion so took some of it for later as well. The ambience is not all that great, but the food is worth every penny you pay. I would definately recommend this place for all.
